Auction participation mechanism:
- The applicant must sign the form acknowledging that he has read and agreed to the auction terms.

- A certified check in the amount of 3,000,000 (three million riyals) payable to “Awqaf Real Estate Management and Services Company” to enter the competition. This check will be refunded in the event of non-award.
- A letter of commitment from the investor to sign a promissory note for the annual rental value in favor of the General Authority for Endowments in the event of award.
- A copy of the commercial register of the establishment or company and the articles of association.
- A copy of the investor's national ID.
- A letter stating the purpose of the investment.
- Bank statement for the last three months.
- Credit report from Simah.
- Financial statements (for companies) for the last 3 years.
- A copy of the legal power of attorney to attend the auction and bid if the bidder represents a company, institution, or individual.
- Awqaf Real Estate Management and Services Company has the right to exclude any applicant who fails to meet the requirements for entry into the auction, or if any comments are found regarding their credit history or financial ability to meet contractual obligations.
- Applications must be submitted no later than September 9, 2025, at 3:00 PM to the branch of Awqaf Real Estate Management and Services Company. The required documents must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, clearly labeled with the bidder's name and mobile number.
