- A letter of commitment from the investor to sign a promissory note for the annual rental value in favor of the General Authority for Endowments in the event of award.
- A certified check for 3 million riyals payable to Awqaf Investment Company, refundable in the event of non-award.
- A copy of the commercial register of the institution or company.
- A copy of the investor's national ID.
- All documents mentioned in the auction participation mechanism must be placed in a sealed envelope and delivered to the relevant employee.
- The General Authority for Endowments does not have any financial dues. *
- Bank statement for the last 3 months.
- Credit report from Simah.
- Financial statements (for companies).
